Great people. Great prices. They get straight to business and get you out as soon as possible. Greatly recommended.

On July 17th, I had four used tires installed at this shop at the agreed price. Within an hour of leaving, I noticed all four rims had fresh scuffs and scratches—same spot, same size—clearly caused by their tire-mounting equipment. My before-and-after photos prove this damage did not exist prior to the service. I immediately called the shop. They told me to return, but when I did, they denied any responsibility and claimed their machine couldn’t have caused the damage because it is “plastic.” I asked to speak with a manager, and they put me on the phone with someone who called himself “John” from their Hampton location. When I drove to the Hampton shop, staff there said no one named John works there. The same person I spoke to on the phone (who had identified himself as John) admitted his name was actually Frank. He took my contact info but didn’t take any photos or notes, and I have serious doubts that my complaint was documented. I remained calm, respectful, and patient throughout. I wasn’t asking for a full refund or new rims—just for them to make it right, such as buffing out the damage or helping with the repair. Instead, I received zero accountability and a dismissive att

I called up to Henrys to see if they could help me out with putting a tire on. It turns out the rim I had didn’t fit, but I was immediately helped by a nice gentleman and I felt very well taken care of! I truly believe they are honest great people to work with! I had my baby with me and the kind gentleman overseeing everything immediately put my car on a jack and tried to put the wheel on that I had. He tried to help out the second I came to see him and made us a priority. Very fair prices were quoted, and he put my spare back on for me at no cost when we saw that the rim I had didn’t fit, he made sure I was at least safe to go home. I would go back to them every time I have a repair I need done! Highly recommend! Thank you guys for being honest and helpful. You don’t see much of that these days!! You guys are awesome!

I had a screw in a tire and went to 2 other shops who both told me it would be 4-5 hours. I went to Henry's and he got me patched and ready to go in 35 minutes on a Saturday.

After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.
